Team In Training Marathon Coaching

If you have arrived at this page via the RRCA coaches website looking for a running coach, I coach Team in Training Marathon and Half Marathon runners and Triathletes only.

If you are here in Tucson and interested in joining the Team in Training and helping to rid the world of blood related cancers, click here for information and meeting dates in Tucson, or send me an email:  rickarl@doodahroadclub.org and I'll get you all the information you need.  We start training again on February 7, 2010 for The San Diego Rock N Roll Marathon and the Seattle Rock N Roll Marathon, Deuces Wild Triathlon, America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride and the Grand Canyon Hike.
